Switzerland, for Dent, London, pivoted detent pocket chronometer with spherical balance spring and reverse fusee, 15 jewels, key wind and set, gilt bar movement with pivoted detent escapement and cut bimetallic balance with gold timing screws in a silver, hinged back and snap bezel, open face case and Roman numeral, single sunk, white enamel dial, gold paste set and enamel ornamented hands, 51mm, c1880.

CASE: Movement fits well, a nice recase; A few minor dings; Minor scratches on outer surface of case; Minor scratches on inner surface of case. DIAL: Very good. HANDS: Very good. MOVEMENT PLATES: Minor scratches on plate; Balance cock screw with minor oxide; One barrel bridge screw short. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks) .
